Events Calendar SEMICON Japan - December 3 - 5, 2003 SEMICON Japan '03 was held again this year at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan. SEC/N and SEMI co-sponsored a very popular seminar on used equipment that for the second year in a row resulted in standing room only attendance. JEITA also helped co-sponsor the event. The seminar featured presentations and a panel discussion by Mr. Gary Robertson (Applied Materials USA and the President of SEC/N), Mr. Shin Terasawa (Tokyo Electron Ltd.), and Mr. Kazuyuki Yasumi (Nikon TEC Corporation). The seminar was moderated by Mr. Tetsuya Nishikawa (Sumisho Lease) and Mr. Nobuyuki Matsushima (SONY Japan). Both gentlemen are co-chairs of SEC/N's Japan Regional Council.
