About SEC/N "To establish SEC /N as the premier, value added trade association in the secondary markets that it serves." - SEC/N Mission Statement The SEC/N organization was created to foster cooperation, fair and ethical business practices, and to develop and distribute standards and definitions specific to the secondary market and its participants. SEC/N is a not-for-profit, member led and member run trade association with a charter to promote the diverse interests of all participants in the secondary electronics equipment industry. SEC/N is guided by an elected Board of Directors comprised of executives from member companies, of different company types and sizes, and is supported by the volunteer efforts of it's members and by the contributions of it's regional councils. The Regional Councils are structured to complement the SEC/N Committee Structure in order to ensure the regional representation exists to support the global objectives of the Board Of Directors, committee chairpersons, and the various activities of SEC/N. These objectives are developed with input from all member companies from all regions. The name and logo of SEC/N are registered trademarks, and are the property of SEC/N. Any misuse or misrepresentation of affiliation with SEC/N is strictly prohibited. Only companies that are members or recognized affiliates of SEC/N are authorized to use SEC/N's log/name, in their printed or online publications. Any other public use of SEC/N's name or logo, or reference to participation with SEC/N, must receive prior approval from the Board of Directors of SEC/N. |
