Code of Ethics

In consideration of accepting the invitation to become an Associate Member of the Surplus Equipment Consortium / Network, Inc. (SEC/N®), Member Companies pledge to abide by and promote the following good business practices:

Quality and Service
 - Be totally committed to the highest level of quality in both products and services
 - Continuously strive to achieve total customer satisfaction

Integrity
 - Demonstrate truth, clarity and accuracy in all business discussions and transactions
 - Not intentionally misrepresent equipment and/or services
 - Not intentionally misrepresent their company, themselves, or any associate
 - Consistently demonstrate the highest levels of ethics and integrity

Professionalism
 - Preserve all confidences
 - Not belittle or bring discredit upon others
 - Make sure all terms and conditions are visible and understood in advance
 - Expeditiously respond to all communications
 - Conscientiously follow through to all parties’ satisfaction on all transactions and
    agreements, made both in writing and otherwise
 - Process all financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner
 - Comply with all relative industry and governmental rules and regulations.

 - Demonstrate and maintain constant respect for others
 - Continuously strive to elevate and enhance the image of the industry

Participation
 - Willingly share information with other member companies that does not jeopardize
    confidences or any competitive advantage
 - Harmoniously work with others to address common issues for the good of the
    industry
